It is a legal requirement to be assessed as ‘fit and proper’ and registered under the Letting Agent Registration (Scotland) Regulations 2016.  A statutory code of practice defines the standards of practice all letting agents are expected to meet.  Harveylets have been registered since the legislation was incorporated in 2018 and our letting agent registration number (LARN) is 1905052.

Harveylets are also members of ARLA Propertymark, the leading membership for property agents that promotes the highest industry standards.

Propertymark Licensed letting agencies hold your money in a designated client account and accounts are regularly subject to independent inspection. You will receive a professional service from an Propertymark Licensed member but if things go wrong neither tenants nor landlords will be left out of pocket.
